He pursued his education at Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State, where he earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer/Electronic & Electrical Engineering in 1995. He furthered his education with a PGD in Business Administration in 1997 at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos, and obtained a Project Management certification (MSCE) in 2008. His commitment to professional development led him to acquire various certifications and attend specialized training programs, including Microwave Radio/Vsat installation training, Andrew cable specification and terminal training, and a course on project planning, control, and management from SALVO Global School of Management, Singapore, in 2012.

Notably, he has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of GSM Civil Site Build projects with major telecom operators such as MTN, Airtel, Mtel, Starcomms, Visafone, and ZTE Nigeria Limited on the Nigeria National Public Security Project's Civil Centre-Room construction. He has also been involved in CDMA network projects, collaborating with companies like Ericsson Haris, Motorola, and Huawei BTS Radio. Today, Engr. Jonathan Adedayo holds the position of Managing Director/CEO at Pelcom Systems Limited, Lagos, and also serves as the MD/CEO of Pelcom Systems and Constructions Ghana Ltd in Accra, Ghana. In addition, he holds the role of Executive Director at Balita Aluminium Systems Limited, Lagos, contributing significantly to the company's success and growth.
Folashade Taiwo Adeniun, born in 1974, earned a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy with an upper credit distinction from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro in 1998. She is a respected Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Her professional journey has included senior management roles such as Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory Services, and Senior Manager, Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance Services at KPMG Professional Services.
Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Head of Financial Services at UAC of Nigeria PLC. Her commitment to professional development is underscored by her certifications, which include Finance and Strategy from Ashridge Business School, UK, and several certifications in Nigeria such as Motivating for Performance, Stimulating Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching for High Performance.
